LEMAIRE PRO TRAINING SYSTEMS
Sebastien Lemaire is a high-performance goaltending coach based in the Ottawa region, and has almost a decade of coaching experience. Today, he is dedicated to developing elite-level goaltenders through a complete systematic approach of combining on-ice skill work with an athletes physical development.
As a former Junior A goaltender in the QJAAAHL, Sebastien combines real-game experience with advanced knowledge in athletic development. His background includes strength & conditioning specialization, exercise recovery, and a deep understanding of muscular physiology, biomechanics, and neuromuscular coordination.
This unique blend allows him to identify both positive and negative tendencies in a goaltender's mechanics—breaking down movement patterns at a detailed level and rebuilding them for maximum efficiency, power, and durability.
With coaching experience in the CCHL with the Renfrew Wolves, as well as with dozens of minor hockey organisations across Eastern Ontario, Lemaire Pro Systems has become a trusted name in high level goalie development.
